A breakthrough Grant Comes to Life
Thrilled to see the Pony Express, Sonoma’s, recognition of a Helpers’ 2024 grant for renovation of their barn for horses and an indoor classroom. A special collaboration with artists from Monterey Bay Horsemanship Therapeutic Center resulted in the sign which will be displayed above the renovated classroom. Monterey Bay Horsemanship Therapeutic Center is a past grant award recipient of Helpers Community.
Big Thank You!
We thank Nathan Campbell for his contributions to Helpers Community. During his 3 ½ year tenure as Treasurer and then Board President of Helpers Community Inc, he took the opportunity to meet the leadership and tour over three dozen sites of our non- profit business partners to understand their organizations and needs. One of the tenets of his leadership was strong fiscal responsibilities.
Thanks also to Maureen Tarkington, a parent of an artist with autism, Shane Tarkington, Shane Tarkington Art. Maureen was instrumental in helping expand Helpers Artisan Boutique’s retail strategy
