A Year of Breakthroughs, 2024

Thank you to our supporters, donors, community partners and organizations for a special year of innovation and change in advocacy for individuals with differing abilities.  

With your generous help, Helpers Community Inc has connected our Breakthrough Grant Program’s impact to housing and art grant recipients, much needed renovations to the Helpers’ residences, sponsorships, and building inclusivity, accessibility, and awareness of neurodiverse artists with Helpers Artisan Boutique’s events, making a difference to our community.

Breakthrough Grant Awards:

• Life Steps Foundation, LA, CA, renovation of kitchen, enhancement of adult life skills life services program
• The Pony Express, Sonoma, CA, renovation of barn for 10 horses, their programs, indoor classroom
• Big Wave Project, Half Moon Bay, CA, Farming equipment to increase program capacity and variety

Helpers Artisan Boutique HAB, 1947 Union St, SF, CA:

HAB provides a Voice for Artists and a Marketplace to raise awareness and provide self-sufficiency for artists and the value of neurodiversity in art.
